This Privacy Policy explains how Pricilla Labs LLC d/b/a TicketDropApp LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, shares, and, in certain circumstances and subject to your rights, sells your information when you use the TicketDropApp mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). It also describes the choices and rights you have regarding your information. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service.

PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY. It includes important information about our data practices, including that, subject to applicable law and your right to opt out, we may sell or share certain information with third parties. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Roles. Where you use the Service as an organizer of a game of chance, raffle, contest, or similar activity (an “Organizer”), you are an independent controller of the personal information of your participants, and you are responsible for your own privacy practices and for providing your own privacy notice to your participants. The Company is a neutral technology provider and does not control how Organizers use participant information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information. The specific data collected depends on how you use the Service.

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account and identity information: name, email address, username, password, phone number, and, where required to receive funds or verify eligibility, date of birth and government-issued identification information.
  • Payment information: payment-card and bank-account details, billing address, and transaction history. Payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”); we do not store full payment-card numbers.
  • User content: game descriptions, images, logos, messages, and other content you submit through the Service.
  • Communications: information you provide when you contact us for support or otherwise correspond with us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and identifiers: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), and IP address.
  • Usage and app-activity data: pages and screens viewed, features used, taps and interactions, session times, and referring/exit pages.
  • Approximate location: coarse location derived from your IP address.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data, and other diagnostic information.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we and our partners use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies on our website and in the app to operate, analyze, and improve the Service and for advertising.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from our payment processor (e.g., verification and transaction status), from analytics and advertising partners, and from identity-verification or fraud-prevention providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service, including creating and managing your account;
  • process subscription payments and facilitate, through Stripe, the payments between Organizers and participants;
  • verify identity and eligibility and prevent fraud, abuse, and other illicit activity;
  • communicate with you, including service-related and, where permitted, marketing communications;
  • personalize content and, subject to your choices, deliver and measure advertising;
  • analyze usage and conduct research and product development to improve the Service;
  • create aggregated and de-identified data as described in Section 4; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Disclose, Share, and Sell Information

We may disclose your information in the following ways:

  • Service providers: with vendors that process information on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing (Stripe), analytics, customer support, and identity verification.
  • Organizers and participants: as necessary to operate a game you create or participate in (for example, providing an Organizer with information about entries).
  • Advertising and analytics partners: with third parties that provide advertising, attribution, and analytics services, which may use information for their own purposes such as ad targeting and measurement.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our assets.
  • Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to legal process, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others.
  • Sale or sharing of personal information: subject to applicable law and your right to opt out, we may sell or share (including for cross-context behavioral advertising) certain categories of personal information, such as identifiers, device and advertising identifiers, and usage and app-activity data, with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

How to opt out. You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time by using the following link ticketdropapp.com/privacy-choices, and, where applicable, by enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control. See Section 7 for more about your rights.

4. Aggregated and De-Identified Data

We may create aggregated, anonymized, statistical, and de-identified data and insights derived from your and other users’ use of the Service and from user content, provided such data does not identify you or any individual. As between you and the Company, we own all such aggregated and de-identified data, and we may use, license, sell, and otherwise commercially exploit it for any purpose, during and after your use of the Service, without restriction or compensation to you. We maintain such data as de-identified and will not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law.

5. Payments and Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you make or receive payments through the Service, your payment information is collected and processed by Stripe under Stripe’s Privacy Policy and applicable Stripe agreements. Participant funds are settled directly to Organizers via Stripe Connect destination charges; the Company does not receive, hold, or control participant funds. We receive limited transaction and verification information from Stripe as described above.

6. App Store Data Disclosures

To help align with the disclosures shown on the Apple App Store (privacy “nutrition” labels) and Google Play (Data safety section), the following table summarizes the categories of data the Service may collect and whether they may be shared with or sold to third parties. The actual disclosures shown in each store are completed by us in App Store Connect and Google Play Console and govern in those stores. Update this table to reflect your final SDK and data configuration.

7. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

7.1 General Choices

  • Marketing: you may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
  • Device permissions: you can control app permissions (such as notifications) through your device settings.
  • Advertising identifiers: you can reset or limit ad tracking through your device settings (e.g., Apple’s App Tracking Transparency and Google’s ad-settings controls).

7.2 U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence (for example, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to: confirm whether we process your personal information; access, correct, or delete it; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of (a) the sale of personal information, (b) sharing/processing for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, and (c) certain profiling. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

California “Do Not Sell or Share.” California residents and residents of other states with similar rights may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information via ticketdropapp.com/privacy-choices. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required.

How to exercise rights. Submit a request at ticketdropapp.com/privacy-choices. We will verify your request as required by law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

7.3 Sensitive Personal Information

We may collect certain sensitive personal information, such as date of birth or government‑issued identification, solely for identity verification, eligibility checks, and fraud prevention. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by applicable law, and we do not sell or share sensitive personal information.

7.4 Other Jurisdictions

If you are located outside the United States, you may have rights under your local law (for example, the EU/UK GDPR), including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. 8. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on:

  • the type of information collected;
  • legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements;
  • the operational needs of the Service; and
  • the existence of ongoing disputes or investigations.

We retain de-identified and aggregated data as described in Section 4.

Account and data deletion. We will delete or de-identify your personal information except where retention is required or permitted by law. Certain transaction records may be retained as required for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.

9. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. 11. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on and may link to third-party services (such as Stripe and the app stores) that have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law (for example, by posting the updated policy with a new “Last Updated” date or through the Service). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
