Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your TicketDropApp account and the personal information associated with it.

You can request deletion of your TicketDropApp account and its associated personal information at any time. You can also delete your account directly in the app:

  • Attendees: Profile → Settings → Delete Account
  • Organizers: Organizer Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account

Prefer that we handle it for you? Complete the form below or email hello@ticketdropapp.com. Once verified, we will delete or de-identify your personal information, except where retention is required or permitted by law. Certain transaction records may be retained for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
